Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects while analyzing critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, and ensure application of best practice on all projects. Produce formal project status reports and monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly. Manage interfaces between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews, and forecast key project milestones and budget. Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid response to RFIs from the field. Offer expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance, and independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs. Assist in developing working relationships with clients to maximize new opportunities and provide strategic advice on achieving both clients' and business objectives. Capture key information and learnings from each project, identify ways to improve internal systems and processes, and adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
