Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of data-center construction projects. Leads contractors and vendors, manages budgets and schedules, negotiates contracts, handles change orders and RFPs, delivers Built-to-Suit projects with a focus on value-engineering, ensures adherence to Company Design Standards, and provides liaison across multiple project teams. Requires strong organization, back-office acumen, and travel to project sites across diverse markets. Experience in data center construction, owner/GC roles, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera/AutoCAD is preferred.
