Project Manager, Data Center Construction

Lead construction projects across Western Canada (Calgary and Vancouver) for data center development. Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple projects, manage external construction project managers, coordinate internal resources for owner-furnished equipment and supply chain, enforce safety policies, establish entitlements and permits with local authorities, identify expedited permit opportunities, coordinate with design and construction teams to meet milestones, build relationships to position Cologix as an industry leader, improve processes and protocols, manage project budgets and costs, lead pre-award/pre-construction meetings, participate in value engineering and contract scoping, oversee procurement and subcontractor submittals, monitor cost, safety, quality, and schedule performance, negotiate change orders, manage monthly pay requests and lien releases, coordinate with commissioning and turnover teams, and handle final close-out procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 7+ years in construction/construction management, 5+ years in mission-critical environments, strong organization and communication skills, leadership capability, willingness to travel within Canada, and authorization to work in Canada.
