Job Summary
Construction Project Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects, managing planning, execution, and financial performance. Establish project execution plans and scheduling, coordinate with the Superintendent and field team to meet timelines, identify risks and develop recovery actions, manage budgets, invoices, changes orders, and track job costs. Serve as key point of contact with customers and subcontractors, source and qualify new opportunities, and develop a high-performing team through mentoring and training. Requires dynamic leadership, thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods to profitably complete electrical construction projects. Experience with union workforces and collective bargaining agreements. Must be authorized to work in the United States; Sponsorship is not available. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in electrical construction or related activities in a leadership role managing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Five (5) years of experience managing people and electrical construction projects within the commercial, utility, alternative energy, or data center markets.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
