Job Summary
Manage multiple concurrent client data delivery projects from initiation through production, leading kickoffs, meetings, and daily stakeholder communication. Define requirements, track deliverables, coordinate technical leads, and develop project plans with status reports. Monitor budgets, pricing, and revenue milestones while identifying risks and driving issue resolution. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and best practices, providing updates to leadership and supporting proposal development and change orders. This role requires EST business hours coverage (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional flexibility. Candidates must have experience in project coordination within technology or data-driven environments, including database concepts and data delivery solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within technology or data-driven environments
- Understanding of database concepts, SQL, ETL processes, and data delivery solutions
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- English proficiency at C1+ level
- Client-facing role with frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Fast-paced environment, managing approximately 20 active client deliveries simultaneously
- EST business hours coverage required (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
- Occasional flexibility outside standard hours to support client delivery needs
- A project-oriented professional who combines strong stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of databases and data platforms
