Job Summary
Construct actionable metrics for user support, provide partners visibility into event performance, and drive app developments that shape the user experience. Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Metabase or Looker, while scripting automations to improve data-driven decision-making for management. Manage projects end-to-end across technical and non-technical stakeholders, prioritizing workload to continuously improve processes rather than simply maintaining them. This role sits within Fever's User Operations Data team, which translates data into concrete initiatives to help event creators scale and innovate.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data/analytics (analyst, data PM, BI, ops analytics)
- Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar
- Scripting/automation experience
- Demonstrated ability to run a project end-to-end
- Organized, structured, and comfortable prioritizing your own workload
- You default to improving things, not just maintaining them
- Comfortable communicating with both technical (central Data team) and non-technical (support ops) stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- A relevant Master's or further training in the field
- Some early signs of enjoying explaining things to others or helping people grow
