Project Manager - Data / AI

Job Summary
Collaborate with ELCA colleagues, customers, and offshore engineers to deliver business value using cutting-edge Data AI solutions. Manage scope, quality, time, and expectations while shaping winning offers alongside Sales and Data AI Architects. Identify additional opportunities to solve customer problems and turn clients into promoters through strong stakeholder management. This role requires a Master's degree, at least eight years of experience with Azure, AWS, and Databricks, and fluent French and English skills. Candidates must master the differences between data project management and custom software development. The position involves traveling to clients in Romandie two days per week. You will work within a flat hierarchy, making an impact on society through diverse projects across key industries like banking and health services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree at university level (ETH/EPFL or equivalent)
- At least 8 years of experience delivering Data AI solutions using Azure, AWS, Databricks
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- You know and master the differences between project management for data projects versus custom software development or system integration
- Fluent French and English are mandatory
- Willingness to travel to clients in Romandie two days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience in Romandie is preferred
- Business knowledge or domain expertise in one of ELCA's key industries is an advantage, such as Banking, Health Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing and Energy, Transportation and Logistics, or Public
- basic German is an advantage
