Job Summary
Lead and manage cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, timelines, and business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, status reports, risk logs, and accountability measures to drive visibility and successful outcomes across departments. Partner with leadership to identify operational improvements, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and analyze key performance indicators to support data-driven growth strategies. Facilitate meetings, track action items, and support change management efforts for new processes and systems. This role requires 3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare or insurance setting, proficiency in tools like Asana or Jira, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully remote, requiring a reliable personal internet connection and support for own equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Supply and support their own internet services
- Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position
Desired Qualifications
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred
