Project Manager - Damage Restoration

Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initial assessment through final completion. Create, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Provide regular project updates to clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and workmanship quality. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, estimates, and invoicing. Resolve project issues effectively, proactively identifying potential challenges and developing practical solutions. Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction restoration or related project management roles
- Knowledge of restoration methods (fire, water, mould remediation, structural repair)
- Strong organizational leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management software (Xactimate) and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Industry certifications (IICRC, PMP) are considered an asset
