Job Summary
Project Manager at Lunda Construction (a Tutor Perini Company) in Hilbert, WI to lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects, act as the company representative with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, manage budgets and financial reporting, ensure procurement of materials and labor, negotiate changes to scope, market and secure additional work, and deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects in alignment with project teams and leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 7-10 years of PM experience in heavy civil infrastructure; proficiency in reading drawings and specs, strong communication, and familiarity with industry tools is preferred (e.g., Primavera/P6, HCSS, AASHTOWare, OSHA). The role emphasizes safety, quality, and execution excellence across projects from inception to completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar from an accredited institution
- 7 - 10 years of related construction project management experience, dam facilities experience highly preferred
- Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects with the following duties: cost report/projections, engineering submittals, work plans, RFI’s, CPM Scheduling, T&M Billing, and Change Orders
