Job Summary
Lead full lifecycle commercial construction projects from conception to closeout, owning budgets, schedules, safety programs, subcontractor coordination, and client engagement. Drive profitability and performance through rigorous cost management, change control, and rigorous documentation. Coordinate with field leadership to ensure constructability, safety, quality, and timely delivery, while serving as primary point of contact for owners and executive stakeholders; emphasizes Tilt Wall construction experience and a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Direct Tilt Wall construction experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
