Job Summary
Project Manager for Civic team leading architectural projects in Irvine, CA. Responsible for proactive management of all project aspects across phases from programming through construction administration, including coordinating proposals, estimating fees, managing budgets and schedules, serving as client liaison, and overseeing junior staff. Must have 5+ years of civic/community project experience, CA registration preferred, and a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM is required. Hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days onsite at the Irvine office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with civic / community projects coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, through all phases of development including Schematic Design, Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
- Registered Architect in the state of CA highly preferred.
- Completion of Bachelor’s in Architecture or Master’s in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
- Experience with project management tools for project initiation, planning, billings, and tracking labor.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in SketchUp modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM.
