Job Summary
Project Manager for Cyprus overseeing design-build construction projects worldwide, responsible for ensuring compliance with host country codes, standards, permits, and regulatory requirements. Manages all phases of project delivery, coordinates clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, monitors progress to address cost, schedule, and quality concerns, reviews contracts and change orders, and provides on-site leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of construction project management experience, with strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration skills, plus excellent English communication and the ability to work on-site as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, Construction Management, or any related field of study
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, including all aspects of design-build contract execution
- Knowledge of host country construction codes, standards, regulations, and industry practices
- Experience with project development, permitting, and regulatory authorities
- Strong skill in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Willingness and ability to work on-site as project needs require
- Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and records of project experience
