Job Summary
Oversee design-build construction projects in Cyprus, ensuring compliance with codes, permits, and client requirements while managing scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies; provide on-site leadership and project reporting; ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Requires 10+ years of construction PM experience with design-build, strong planning/scheduling/budgeting/ risk-management skills, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management including design-build contract execution
- Knowledge of host country construction codes, standards, regulations, and industry practices
- Experience with project development, permitting, and regulatory authorities
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Willingness and ability to work on-site as required
- Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and records of project experience
