Job Summary
Project Manager (Cyprus) oversees design-build construction projects for Planate Management Group, ensuring compliance with host country codes, standards, permits, and safety requirements. Manages all phases of project delivery, coordinates with clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies, and provides on-site leadership to achieve project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget. Requires 10+ years of construction project management experience in design-build, strong skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management, and excellent English communication. Willingness and ability to work on-site as project needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, Construction Management, or related field
