Job Summary
Lead and oversee design-build construction projects in Cyprus, ensuring compliance with host country codes, permits, and safety requirements. Manage all phases of project delivery, coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies, monitor progress, resolve cost/schedule/quality issues, review contracts and change orders, prepare project reports, and provide on-site leadership to ensure successful project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management including all aspects of design-build contract execution
- Knowledge of host country construction codes, standards, regulations, and industry practices
- Experience with project development, permitting, and regulatory authorities
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Willingness and ability to work on-site as project needs require
