Oversee design-build construction projects in Cyprus, ensuring compliance with host country codes, permits, and safety; manage stakeholders, contracts, change orders, and on-site leadership across multiple jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science/Technology, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, including all aspects of design-build contract execution
- Knowledge of host country construction codes, standards, regulations, and industry practices
- Experience with project development, permitting, and regulatory authorities
- Strong skill in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Cyprus
