Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in federal and municipal construction to oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the public sector construction industry.
- Proven experience managing federal and municipal construction projects, particularly ground-up initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with risk management, scheduling, and resource allocation processes.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with interior fit-outs and institutional projects is a plus.
