Job Summary
The Project Manager will provide leadership for project teams and manage all aspects of construction projects and subcontractors. Responsibilities include budget management, risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and adherence to compliance and safety protocols. Applicants should have extensive knowledge of construction principles and must be LEED Accredited.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of construction cost, schedule, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles
- Must be LEED Accredited
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office and Plan Grid
- Advanced presentation skills
- Ability to implement leading-edge technologies such as Primavera and LEAN
