Project Manager - Cyber Security (CyberArk)

Job Summary
Lead CyberArk implementation and enhancement projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and successful delivery of Privileged Access Management capabilities for leading financial services clients. Coordinate business, security, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder alignment. Manage project governance, executive communications, deployment planning, testing, and transition to operational support while facilitating client workshops and recommending leading practices for Identity and Access Management. Drive continuous improvement through platform optimization and process enhancements aligned with security and regulatory objectives. Work in a collaborative consulting culture delivering high-impact technology solutions to Tier 1 financial institutions and energy organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects using Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Strong experience with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Visio
- Excellent communication, presentation, and risk management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience delivering CyberArk projects, including privileged account onboarding, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Azure/Microsoft 365 privileged access, or enterprise identity integrations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within financial services, banking, or energy organizations
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, or cybersecurity governance frameworks
- Experience supporting cloud security initiatives across Azure or hybrid environments
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or Certified ScrumMaster
- Experience working in a management consulting or professional services environment
