Job Summary
Senior Project Manager in Poland responsible for coordinating multiple CRE projects from inception to completion, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and governance; lead a team of consultants and junior staff, engage with client stakeholders, manage risks and changes, prepare client reports, and ensure adherence to client design standards and governance; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and develop playbooks and governance tools to capture best practices across the EMEA region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate, construction, or facilities management
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong coordination with stakeholders and clients
- Ability to manage projects on time and within budget
- Development and governance of playbooks/process documentation
