Job Summary
Project Manager for Agriculture, reporting to the Vice President of Technology, will lead cross-functional project teams across Banjo and KZValve to plan, execute, and deliver projects driving new product development and profitable growth. Responsible for developing and managing project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budgets), enabling clear communication of progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Will standardize PM processes, tools, and best practices across the Agriculture Group and coordinate initiatives to align with organizational priorities. Travel between Crawfordsville, IN and Greenwood, NE up to 35% to support multi-site execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and O365, along with strong written and verbal communication and collaborative, cross-functional leadership skills, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing-based new product development environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Technical competency with embedded systems, plastic injection molding, and fluid control products beneficial
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, O365 suite)
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, locations, and organizations
- Experience implementing or improving project management processes and tools
