Job Summary
Manage multiple simultaneous custom home construction projects as the on-site face for the client and trade contractors. Interpret plans and specifications, create schedules, and execute home delivery while maintaining an immaculate job site. Coordinate subcontractors, solicit bids, award contracts, and manage in-house field staff. Keep costs within budget, assist with bid packages and estimating, and foresee long-lead items. Serve as the primary point of contact to address client concerns and needs. Requires significant residential construction experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in residential construction, preferably in custom homes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
- Must be highly organized, responsible and conscientious
- Ability to multitask, handle complexity, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc)
