Job Summary
Lead IT projects from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), maintain and refine product backlogs with the Product Owner, and protect the team from outside interruptions. Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and teams to improve velocity, predictability, quality, and continuous improvement. Leverage Agile/Lean practices (including ATDD, TDD, BDD, CI/CD) and metrics (velocity, burn-downs, backlogs) to plan, forecast, and deliver software in alignment with stakeholders and enterprise goals. Collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage risks and impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and transparency. Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills are required; experience in healthcare IT domains and proficiency with tools like Jira and DevOps are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Sciences, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from an accredited certification body
