Job Summary
Oversee daily construction activities in commercial spaces, including quality control, retrofit, renovations, and shutdowns. Manage on-site functions, generate schedules in Microsoft Project, and forecast labor costs. Interpret drawings and specifications to validate installations and change orders. Facilitate progress meetings, coordinate with A/E on field issues, and provide regular updates to the owner. Supervise personnel, manage indirect overhead budgets, and complete daily logs with progress and safety data. Utilize Procore and other business technology platforms to maintain up-to-date project documents and mitigate schedule risks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of related CM/PM experience within commercial construction
- Proven track record of solid safety implementation experience and successful safety performance record
- Recent and broad experience in design and construction within a heavy commercial environment
- Experience with projects valued at $50MM and greater
- Minimum Training on Utilizing Equipment (i.e. man lifts for example)
- Understanding of GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week
- Leadership and management qualities

- Ability to identify and actively communicate with area stakeholders
- Understanding of interdepartmental dynamics within the organization
- Understanding of facility layout

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Knowledge in ASME BPVC Code (B31.3, B31.1, Section IX, etc.)
- Electrical, controls, distribution and automation experience
- Trade certifications and licenses
- Completion of OSHA 30 hour training program
