Job Summary
Manage large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality. Monitor day-to-day field activities, manage information flow, and track issues regarding progress, quality, and safety. Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, schedule, and partner engagement. Be a visible onsite leader assessing progress, ensuring safe work practices, and resolving issues proactively. Lead key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners. Implement and monitor key project procedures while reviewing proposed variations and delays.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience project managing on a large scale construction projects
- Have a project management professional certification
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
