Job Summary
Lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction activities throughout the project lifecycle for complex data centre, energy, and infrastructure projects. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and health, safety regulations; oversee inspections, testing, commissioning support, and final handover. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies through collaboration with Design Managers, MEP teams, and clients. Manage reporting, change control, and stakeholder communications to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CSA packages on large scale construction projects
- Background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent Spanish and professional English
- Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools
