Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the safe completion of projects within budget and on schedule, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating detailed schedules with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners, producing accurate monthly profit projections, and managing subcontract and purchase orders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in heavy civil projects, strong financial acumen, and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a general contractor on larger scale heavy civil projects
- Strong business and financial knowledge
- Ability to be a relationship builder with strong industry ties
