Job Summary
Responsible for planning, allocating resources and managing the execution of a project from start to finish and report progress and results to all involved. Create more complex schedules, budgets and project plans for PM utilizing Smartsheet and Excel Templates. Run projects from start to finish with minimal assistance. Understanding of the real estate leasing process and able to add value in creating favorable redline edits to LOI’s, work letters, and full lease documents. Actively participate in team and client objectives to ensure targets and goals are achieved. See the big picture – proactively identify potential issues and come up with creative resolutions before they become problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and service lines. Assist in development and implementation of innovations, best practices, and standard operating procedures to elevate team performance. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Architecture, Engineering or Construction as a Project Manager or having mastered the requirements in the APM role
- Ability to prepare and track capital budgets
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
- In-depth knowledge of the design and construction process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members
