Project Manager - Creative Production Coordination (Singapore)

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day project execution for a new product launch by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing multiple concurrent workstreams. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional creative teams, including designers, existing creatives, and the Art Director, by coordinating communication and overseeing meeting outcomes. Monitor progress proactively to identify risks, blockers, or scheduling conflicts, then escalate issues to the lead Project Manager and implement mitigation plans. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure stakeholders remain informed of key updates. This role involves a hybrid arrangement with two days onsite at the client's office and supports the successful delivery of a high-profile launch through effective stakeholder management and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing or coordinating creative production, marketing, branding, product launch, or similar creative projects
- Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate project needs before issues arise
- Hybrid work arrangement with approximately two days per week onsite at the client's office and the remaining days working remotely
Desired Qualifications

- Experience partnering with Art Directors, designers, creative agencies, or marketing teams
