Job Summary
Project Manager for CMG handles end-to-end artist project releases and marketing campaigns, acting as the primary administrative contact for artists, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-departmental deliverables; manages timelines and budgets across multiple channels; develops and executes album marketing plans and artist development strategies; oversees digital marketing initiatives and asset collection across departments (A&R, radio, press, licensing, distribution); coordinates with accounting on royalties and marketing payments; ensures calendar alignment across management and departments, and may oversee D2C marketing and merchandising. Must be able to communicate effectively with artists, managers, and internal teams, book travel, manage assets, and drive the successful execution of projects from onboarding to completion. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years in a similar music/entertainment role, strong digital platform knowledge, and proficiency with social media tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Music Industry
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably from the music or entertainment fields
- Advanced understanding of digital platforms
- Expert, native user of social media platforms and familiarity with social media listening tools
