Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, profitability, and quality requirements. Lead multi-discipline projects; manage client relationships to foster future work; oversee safety, subcontractor management, change control, project control and reporting, staffing, and adherence to the quality plan and budget. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage large teams including subcontractors, and foundational understanding of core engineering disciplines and delivery in a design/construction context. Certifications such as PMP and AECPMA are encouraged, with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) and a minimum of five years PM experience. Employment is contingent on background screening and EEO compliance. Hybrid remote option in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
- Ability to obtain industry specific certification, including PMP & AECPMA
