Job Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives to support student enrollment growth, retention, and overall student experience by planning, executing, and monitoring projects that drive strategic objectives. Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource requirements, then track completion of activities while managing dependencies and risks to ensure delivery on time. Coordinate staffing changes, coach team members within a Pod structure, and communicate progress and issues to clients regarding scope, schedule, and resource impacts. Identify and resolve obstacles, modify tasks as needed, and complete other duties as assigned to maintain alignment among business units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
- Five years' experience of full lifecycle project management including knowledge of PMBOK or other qualified methodology
- Experience in an academic enterprise

- Master's Degree in Business or Project Management
- PMP certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and determine effective business and alternative solutions
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to advance projects while managing multiple initiatives
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work in a fast-paced environment with many initiatives
- Ability to manage a variety of business and vendor resources
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision and direction
- Proficient with project management practices and tools
- Capability to influence and instill credibility in sponsors, peers and subordinates by meeting project milestones, deadlines, and budget
