Job Summary
Lead on-site management for the Corpus Christi project, providing oversight of all Mistras activities and developing cost control systems. Execute work plans while maintaining strict compliance with company policies, union contracts, and client requirements. Liaise between the client, management, and staff to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and deliver daily reports on staffing, locations, and project status. Utilize key performance indicators to track metrics and forecast timelines, ensuring adequate staffing and resources for completion. Maintain a safety-conscious environment with an exceptional HSE record, demonstrating leadership through example and accessible communication.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Great communication and customer interface skills
- Weld log/tracking experience
- KPI tracking experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- 4+ years of inspection experience
- Ability to effectively plan inspection daily work scopes, one week and two week look-ahead's, ability to forecast timelines and target dates for project completion estimates based on given work scopes
- Exceptional safety record
- Team building capabilities
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong knowledge of process equipment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Public speaking
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and trainable in 'database' programs)

- Must be local to the Corpus Christi, TX area
Desired Qualifications
- Level II RT background preferred
- API 570 certification
- Strong customer relation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- PCMS/UltraPipe experience is preferred
- Maintain a Safety conscience work environment
- Maintain adequate staffing and resources to ensure project completions
- Maintain compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures on the project
- Demonstration of strong leadership by being accessible to all employees
- Effective communication with customer to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with overall project
