Job Summary
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects from initiation to completion while managing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve objectives across the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, and close-out. Manage risks, costs, performance, and change control to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure all activities comply with company standards, engineering best practices, and applicable regulations, while providing regular progress reporting to management. Foster effective communication and drive continuous improvement aligned with business objectives. Requires a BSc/BEng in Engineering, Pr Eng registration, and 5+ years of experience in engineering, mining, or drilling environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering or a related field
- Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or eligible for registration with a recognised professional engineering body (e.g. ECSA)
- Minimum 5 years' project management experience within an engineering, mining, or drilling environment
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects from initiation to completion
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence
- Valid Certificate of Fitness
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
