Job Summary
Oversee planning, implementation and tracking of client-based projects including IP video surveillance, access control, enterprise wireless and networking, voice, data and fiber cabling, unified communications, and audio/visual solutions; serve as primary point of contact with the customer throughout the implementation phase; define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure on-time, within-scope and within-budget delivery; develop detailed project plans; manage changes to scope, schedule and costs; report to management; manage relationships with sales, client, and all applicable stakeholders; establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors; delegate tasks; own quality control verification and enforcement; perform routine site inspections for quality and safety; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; complete project close-out documents; all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year degree, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Functional and working knowledge of computers
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
- Knowledge of Division 27 and 28
- Ability to read and understand construction contracts
- Effective time management
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive

- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Professional and polished in appearance and speech
