Project Manager

Lead and deliver a variety of projects to customer satisfaction on time with a beat-the-budget mindset while managing and mentoring project team resources. Strictly adhere to Convergix's project management fundamentals by initiating documentation consistent with the Project workbook, including budget management, labor forecasts, risk registers, and change management trackers. Facilitate design reviews to avoid scope creep, maintain detailed MS Project schedules with identified critical paths, and control all scope, schedule, and budget changes through Convergix tools. Work closely with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure timely design releases and develop Supplier Statements of Work for outsourcing. Lead customer review meetings for proposals, initiate regular project updates, and travel to customer sites to oversee Site Acceptance Testing and final buy-offs.
