Job Summary
Manage small to large-scale controls and automation projects independently, developing and controlling costs, schedules, and resources while leading high-performing teams. Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle, guide clients on decision-making, and maintain vendor and client relations to ensure service expectations are met. Report project progress, issues, and accomplishments to clients and Wunderlich-Malec while representing the client as an owner's representative when needed. Accountable for project and program success with minimal oversight. Requires 6+ years of project management experience in life sciences (GMP MFG), onsite execution 100%, and 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering, Construction Management or related field)
- Minimum 6 years as a Project Manager
- Experience in life sciences (GMP MFG environment)
- Are a 100% employee-owner
- Work with Fortune 500 clients
- Are part of an ENR (Engineering News Record) Top 500 firm
- Travel – minimum 25% unless located nearby
- Expectation is to be onsite during project execution 100%
- Seeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, and ability to travel distances
