Job Summary
Project Manager to lead CLM implementations and strategy projects within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice. Oversees end-to-end project management activities from scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review. Serves as CLM SME on implementation strategy, configuration, testing, and user adoption. Manages current-state assessments, future-state design, vendor selection, and a roadmap for CLM engagements. Thought leadership in CLM AI (GenAI) to shape service offerings. Mentors junior consultants and contributes to methodology and tools. Extensive collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with best practices and client objectives. The Compensation range for this role is 120,000.00 to 160,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting, legal operations, or a similar role
- Deep expertise in CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, Malbek, ContractPodAi) and contract management processes
- Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale, complex CLM projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with GenAI capabilities within CLM platforms
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and CLM solutions
- Analytical & Strategic thinking; Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
