Job Summary
Lead program and project management activities for complex federal financial management initiatives; support enterprise financial systems governance, planning, and execution; develop strategic plans, governance processes, performance measures, and program roadmaps; research federal financial management legislation and policies; prepare executive briefings, decision papers, reports, and recommendations for senior government leadership; coordinate with stakeholders across HHS, Treasury, and other federal organizations; provide leadership in risk management, issue resolution, and program performance monitoring; facilitate governance boards and stakeholder engagements; ensure compliance with applicable federal financial management regulations and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Extensive experience managing large, complex federal programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and governance.
- Experience researching and interpreting federal financial management legislation and policy.
- Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Functional knowledge of federal financial management systems and requirements.
- Familiarity with: Treasury Financial Management policies, GAO guidance, HHS policies and procedures, NIST standards, FISMA, FMFIA, OMB Circular A-123
