Job Summary
Initiate projects using established methodologies, establish documentation controls, and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality tolerances. Manage virtual teams, set test plans per customer requirements, and act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to bids and tenders, manage project costs and billing plans, and generate accurate forecasts for in-house planning. Implement risk and issue logs, maintain reporting tools, and conduct debriefs to propose improvements for the team and customers. This role supports sales and presales activities while maintaining financial control across full project lifecycles.
Required Qualifications
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Valid work visa if applicable
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
- Good experience in project management or project delivery to external clients in the technology/finance sector
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish and work to a deadline
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- The ability to motivate others to deliver
- Fluent / Native level Dutch and English
- Willingness to commute to offices a minimum of 3-4 days per week
