Project Manager

Job Summary
Initiate projects using established methodologies, establish documentation controls, and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality tolerances. Manage virtual teams, set test plans, and maintain high-standard deliverables while acting as the single point of contact for customers. Coordinate escalation paths, manage communications across the project lifecycle, and contribute to bids and tenders with presales support. Track project costs, generate forecasts, and agree billing plans alongside account management teams. Ensure milestones are met before progression, implement risk and change control logs, and conduct debriefs to propose improvements.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in STEM or equivalent
- Fluent German language
- Strong experience in project management or project delivery in the technology sector
- Proven experience of consistently achieving and surpassing customer expectations
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish and work to a deadline
- Experience in working with the software development lifecycle, cloud platforms and/or the development of hardware and software
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- The ability to motivate others to deliver
- Willing to commute to our offices a minimum of 3-4 days per week
