Job Summary
Support the delivery of infrastructure and capital works projects from planning through to delivery. Assist with project governance, reporting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Prepare high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Undertake analysis and problem solving to support project outcomes and client decision making. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Contribute to workshops, meetings, and project communications. Manage assigned tasks and workstreams effectively to meet project time, cost, and quality requirements. Join the Program Performance team in Adelaide to work on diverse projects across Defence, Government, Social Infrastructure, Resources, Energy, and Renewables.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years' experience working in a Project Administration, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager capacity
- Be an Australian Citizen
- eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within engineering, construction, consulting, Defence or government environments
- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- relevant equivalent experience working in these fields
