Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of design and construction practices and materials
- 5+ years of experience in general construction estimating, budgeting, and pre-construction pricing
- Ability to collaborate with owners, engineers, and architects to define project specifications
- Capable of planning resources from start to finish within defined budgets
- Skilled in scheduling across all project phases to meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and owners to secure optimal pricing for clients
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Sage Estimating Software
- Preferred experience with SmartBid software
- Preferred experience with Procore software
