Job Summary
Lead complex projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to close-out, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources while ensuring delivery excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive execution, maintain governance standards, and proactively mitigate risks. Provide clear communication on status, milestones, and change impacts, while tracking value realization and supporting smooth operational transitions. Manage project documentation including plans, risk logs, and decision registers to align outcomes with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of project management experience
- demonstrated success delivering complex projects from initiation through close-out
- Previous experience managing end-to-end projects within the construction, real estate, workplace, or capital projects environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project management platforms
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (or similar productivity tools)
