Job Summary
Lead commercial/industrial construction projects from early development through close-out. Responsibilities include on-site oversight, obtaining subcontractor bids and site walkthroughs, subcontractor buy-out, cost estimation, tracking RFIs, submittals, contract documents and change orders, maintaining project communications, and coordinating with senior leadership to monitor plans, scope, and installation. Review drawings and specifications, ensure alignment across trades, assist in the close-out package with the owner, and manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Requires 3+ years in industrial/commercial construction and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, with strong multi-tasking, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in industrial/commercial building construction
- 4 year college degree in engineering, or construction management (or similar)
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
