Job Summary
Develop and manage detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to define project scope from initial planning through final handover. Act as the central communication hub between clients, site supervisors, architects, and subcontractors to align timelines and expectations. Monitor project milestones and financial health, proactively identifying variances and implementing corrective actions while coordinating the deployment of materials, equipment, and labor to maximize site productivity. Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Leverage advanced proficiency in digital project management tools, including Critical Path Method scheduling, document control, and cloud-based field reporting, to automate tracking and reduce manual errors. Requires 2–3 years of construction experience with data literacy in CAD and BIM models.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience managing physical construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Advanced proficiency in digital project management tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and digital BIM models
- A proven track record of using technology to automate tracking, reducing manual errors in project reporting
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Using a WBS-driven approach to break down complex problems into actionable tasks
