Project Manager, Construction Services

Job Summary

Lead all preconstruction activities, including estimating support, scheduling, logistics planning, and constructability reviews for retail projects nationwide. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to finalize scope and execution plans while reviewing, negotiating, and administering client and subcontractor contracts. Manage project schedules using Primavera or Microsoft Project, oversee budgeting and cost tracking, and approve invoices and change orders to control costs and mitigate risks. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance with OSHA regulations, and lead project teams through closeout activities like final inspections and commissioning. This role requires 50%+ travel across the United States with the remainder of time spent remotely or in the Plano, TX office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related program
  • 5-10+ years general contracting or facilities experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated skills in construction project management
  • Proven ability to manage commercial, residential, or institutional projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Proficient in Smart Sheet, Procore, Building Connected, and other project management software
  • OSHA 30, or ability to acquire, is required
  • State/local General Contractors license is preferred
  • PMP and CQMC are preferred
  • LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Must be available for 50%+ of travel across the United States
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work with fluid schedules and working conditions

Desired Qualifications
