Project Manager Construction - Scaffolding

Project Manager is responsible for onsite management of NY-based scaffold/construction projects, overseeing timelines and budgets while coordinating with clients, building departments, and installation crews. Responsibilities include travel to out-of-market sites (approx. 15-20%) and in-market travel (40-50%), daily progress reporting, site visits in the greater NY area, procurement and cost estimation support with sales, reviewing and coordinating CAD drawings with the CAD department, ensuring safety orientation and PPE compliance, and maintaining project schedules and logistics. Must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure installations meet code requirements and client expectations. Skills in MS Office/Teams, strong problem-solving, and interpersonal/relationship-building abilities are essential; a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Per diem and travel expenses are covered for out-of-market travel. The role reports to the Director of Operations & Vice President, with duties including site walkthroughs, load-in planning, and overseeing procurement and post-project cost reporting.
