Job Summary
Partner is seeking a full-time Project Manager for Construction Risk Management to manage multiple projects, overseeing quality and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and finalizing project management tasks, conducting inspections, and cultivating strong client relationships. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline
- 5+ years relevant experience in construction or construction-related field such as architecture, construction management, and/or engineering
Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
- Understand design concepts, construction components and funding/payment processes as it relates to construction projects
- Proficient in project estimating/proposals; report author; quality assurance (QA)

- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
